Jodi Arias: Hell Hath No Fury

Domestic violence expert testifies in Arias trial

PHOENIX (AP) – Testimony in Jodi Arias’ murder trial has concluded for the day as the judge reviewed a motion by defense attorneys claiming prosecutorial misconduct.

A domestic violence expert had been testifying about how Arias was vulnerable at the time she met the victim and had a hard time declining his sexual advances.

But the trial veered off track as defense attorneys argued prosecutor Juan Martinez’ actions outside court posing for pictures with fans and signing autographs amounted to misconduct.

Arias faces a possible death sentence if convicted of first-degree murder in the 2008 killing of Travis Alexander in his suburban Phoenix home.

Authorities say she planned the attack on her lover in a jealous rage. Arias initially told authorities she had nothing to do with it then said it was self-defense.

Why is it that the victim is being judged? She went along with all of the games, and was ok with playing her part! I think everyone losing sight of the issue at hand. She murdered this man he didn’t even have a chance to fight for his right to live!! No matter what kind of sex these people had or relationship for that matter she did this and planned it down to the clean up! Stop with the crap she’s not the victim here!! Why should she be allowed to live she’s no better than he was. She allowed these events to happen, she had every chance to stay away. She came to him he did not go to her!!! Put yourself in the families shoes and you’d want her to be found guilty not for any other reason but she chose to take a life and she had no right!! Guilty Jodi not victim Jodi!!!

Travis toyed with Jodi. He used her for his benefit. He was the one person who made her snap. He was no angel either. He created the monster. Sorry people but that is the truth. NEVER F*ck with someone’s emotions….
