PHOENIX (AP) — Jurors have resumed deliberations at the Jodi Arias sentencing retrial after a judge denied a mistrial request by her lawyer.

The deliberations entered their fifth day on Wednesday.

Arias was convicted of murder in 2013 after a lengthy trial that became a sensation with its tawdry revelations about her relationship with victim Travis Alexander and the brutal way he was killed. That jury deadlocked on her punishment.

Defense attorney Kirk Nurmi sought the mistrial ruling Tuesday, saying the jury had reached an impasse while trying to decide whether to sentence Arias to life in prison or death.

Jodi had been involved in witchcraft prior to the murder of Alexander. When it was brought out that she dragged his dead body down the hallway, my first thought was, she got that strength from another source—Satan! Alexander was heavy weight before his death, and someone as thin as she is dragging that dead weight, I don’t think so!
It was later that I found out about the witchcraft association. So nothing would surprise me about her sentence.

Remember how her attorneys got everything they asked for? How did they get the so-called secret witness (who turned out to be Jodi herself) to have a private meeting with the judge? WHAT? Even Jodi refused to wear jail attire after she had been convicted. She looked like one of the attorney’s! How about the defense witnesses that testified on her behalf? Impartially of course! Buying her books? Her having TV interviews like a Hollywood celebrity. Having a website selling paintings and pleading her case To the public at the same time, now selling T-Shirts and hair? What’s next? I could go on and on about Jodi’s privileges but that would be going through the whole trial again.

I would not be surprised if she did get life with parol because everyone is afraid to go against her. Remember how she threatened the Prosecutor by dragging her finger slowly across her neck as if she was going to have his throat cut. The Judge, her Attorney’s (who has wanted off her case almost since the beginning), and her poor parents are terrified of her. They probably prayed for the death sentence!

So don’t be surprised at the “Life with Parol” verdict from the Judge because…………”WHATEVER JODI WANTS….JODI GETS!” To be continued…

considering this entire 2nd trial was strictly to give her DP , hung means Jodi won… only 2nd worst thing is if judge doesn’t give L w/o P.
