Judge in Holly Bobo murder case charged with having gun at Memphis airport
The judge in the Holly Bobo murder trial was reportedly cited last week for being in possession of a gun at the Memphis International Airport.
WSMTV-TV reports that Judge C. Creed McGinley was cited for a misdemeanor Aug. 28 for bringing a gun into a restricted area.
A trial is set to begin Monday in the case of Bobo, who disappeared six years ago.
It was not immediately clear what kind of penalty McGinley potentially faces or whether that could have an impact on the trial schedule.
