Ohio School Shooting

T.J. Lane moved to correctional institution following dramatic sentencing

Following his sentencing hearing Tuesday T.J., Lane was moved from Geauga County Jail to the Lorain Correctional Institution in Grafton, Ohio, according to The News-Herald.

Lane was sentenced to three life sentences for the fatal shooting of three fellow students and the wounding of three others in his Chardon High cafeteria on Feb. 27, 2012.

Ellen Ondrey, communications director for Chardon Schools, released a statement Wednesday about the conclusion of the case.

“The Chardon Local School District is relieved that the case State v. Lane has finally concluded, which allows all of us to move on from the tragic events of Feb. 27, 2012,” Ondrey said. “Our thoughts and prayer remain with the victims and their families as we all take another stride towards healing.”

What’s sad are the self-righteous people wishing heinous things on someone as if that makes them any better. You didn’t kill anyone, but hoping someone gets beaten and raped makes you no higher. The way he acted was despicable, but people like you all are just as bad.
