Trial Date Postponed in New York dorm room murder
The man charged with brutally killing his girlfriend at the College of Brockport last September appeared in New York State Supreme Court on Friday morning. The judge was set to rule on a series of evidentiary motions including whether to allow certain physical evidence and testimony, but no decisions were made. However, the judge agreed to postpone trial until November 4.
Clayton Whittemore, 21, is charged with second-degree murder for allegedly beating to death his 18-year-old girlfriend Alexandra Kogut in her SUNY Brockport dorm room last September.
