A crime lab scientist testifying in the murder trial of former New England Patriots player Aaron Hernandez has testified that his DNA matched DNA found on a cigarette butt at the crime scene.

Diane Fife Biagiotti (bee-ah-JHAH’-tee) of the Massachusetts state police crime lab, testified Friday.

Hernandez is charged with murder in the June 2013 killing of Odin Lloyd, who was dating the sister of Hernandez’s fiancee. Lloyd’s body was found in an industrial park near Hernandez’s home. Prosecutors have said previously a marijuana cigarette was found near his bullet-riddled body.

Biagiotti said she was able to deduce that both Hernandez and Lloyd’s DNA were on the butt.

She said the statistical likelihood it was Hernandez was one in more than a quadrillion. That’s one with 15 zeros after it.

I think AH planned it last minute. We know he was with OL because there’s video surveillance of AH picking him up not long before the murder. It’s obvious it was for weed. There’s no other reason for him to pick him up that late. OL was a drug dealer. I’m sure they had a disagreement of some sort in the car about the weed. In most cases with drug dealers, he probably owed AH a lot of money for weed he probably never gave him. We all know how much of a pot head Aaron is. As far as who pulled the trigger.. well Aaron was driving the car, why else would he pull into an open field with no one around in the middle of the night ? It’s not for a good intention. He knew he was going to shoot him.

Sorry what credibility does Ortiz have again? Wow amazing how all these coincidences happened to occur…ok for 1 or 2 but come on …same thing in Boston, his SUV just happened to be next to a car that was shot up…poor guy, geez.

I am not saying that he wasn’t there or that he wasn’t somehow involved but I am not convinced that Hernandez was the shooter or that he planned this whole thing out ahead of time. They aren’t going to be able to get him on 1st degree murder charges he will probably get a lesser crime conviction. As far as the Boston shooting that is a totally different scenario. The guy that Hernandez shot in the face down in Florida was a passenger in the front seat of Hernandez SUV that night and he has already testified before the grand jury in Boston and he is an eye witness in that case. I doubt he is going to get away with that one.

The only thing that was planned was that Loyd got Hernandez some pot that night that’s where loyd went that night on the surveillance tape one hour before the Altima picked him up. That’s what all the text messages were about that said I wanna grab that tonight meant. Even Ortiz said that hernanez and loyd shook hands that night and that they were cool over the bar incident were loyd was talking to someone that hernandez didn’t like.

Sorry folks but that blunt could of been leftover from over a year ago. They could of smoked that anytime and loyd could of put it in his pocket to save it to finish it later. Still does not convince me beyond a reasonable doubt that Hernandez #1 pulled the trigger and killed Loyd and #2 That Hernandez orchestrated this whole thing to kill Loyd that night. If he panned it out he would of had Loyd drive the black suburban that he rented down to Attleboro to meet him so than the suburban wouldn’t be left in Loyds driveway nor would the keys be left in Loyds pocket for the cops to find.
